Chief Promoter of Evershine Group
Ramchand B Ludhani started his modest career in Saurashtra dealing in property, until he moved his business to Mumbai. After realising the city's severe housing shortage, he entered into the world of construction. He intended to set up quality affordable homes to the masses residing in Mumbai. A clear example of his vision is seen when he converted barren lands into various townships like Evershine Nagar in Malad, Evershine City in Vasai and many more homes for millions of Mumbaikars.
Lachman Ludhani
Joint Promoter at Evershine Group
Lachman Ludhani, became an excellent addition into the construction business and soon excelled in every aspect of the business. Starting off young, he showed the eagerness and enthusiasm which have enabled him to excel in his work. He became a part of the company in 1968 when he decided to strengthen the hands of his elder brother, Shri Ramchand B.Ludhani who had started the Evershine Group in 1960. Together the brothers have brought about a company that establishes itself in simplicity, honesty and hard work.

After graduating in Management Studies, he flagged off his career in the Evershine Group in 2011 at the early age of 21. He followed it up with a Diploma in Tax Management in 2012. As a third-generation entrepreneur, he collaborates with his brother Santosh Ludhani to successfully complete many challenging redevelopment projects. He adopts an innovative approach, incorporates the latest technologies and leverages his knowledge as well as rich work experience. Dedicated to improving processes in the construction & real estate industry for homebuyers, the environment & communities, he is equally passionate about sustainability & climate change. Besides, he is committed to uplifting the community through various philanthropic and social initiatives. Nicely built.the podium is pretty and play area for kids is great.There is ample parking space available.Whole complex is accessible has ramps in each building for wheelchair, lift is big enough for wheelchair too.The water supply is limited as of now but they have provided tanks for water storage in every apartment. They have also provided inverter.The view from the home is pleasant.Furniture store, appliances store, restaurants and pharmacy is at walkable distance.

One more best thing about amavi is the friendly staff and with helpful nature. Special thanks to Pramod mishra he got the home buying process with ease.
NavyaEvershine amavi 303 is located in virar west, location was very amazing, there are so many wings inside this residence, every wing have 14 floors, structure was amazing also the rooms was well designed and specious, outside view was good, garden is available for kids and for teenagers cricket truff is available, for those who are fitness freak for them Gym is available, people are very friendly and kind, also you can get nearby stores like medical, fruit market vegetables market, general store and etc, hardly 10 minutes distance from virar railway station by vehicle.
